We provide a 14-day free trial period so you can fully test the software before purchasing. Once a lifetime license is purchased, refunds are ONLY issued within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
After the 14-day purchase window has closed, NO refunds or compensations will be provided. The software is provided on an "AS IS" basis. We are not liable for any future compatibility issues caused by third-party operating system updates (such as Windows updates), SDK changes, or hardware modifications made after the initial 14-day warranty period.

Your license is permanently bound to a single hardware configuration: a unique combination of your motherboard serial number and CPU identifier. This binding ensures that the license cannot be transferred to another PC or shared between multiple devices. Please verify that you are installing Citadel Firewall on the intended system before purchase.
